Tonight I went to see a Midsummer Night's Dream in High Park with my cousin Mad and her two kids. (She actually has 3 kids but you wouldn't know it as Stephanie rarely makes an appearance. I think her grandparents have officially adopted her.)
Mad packed a lovely picnic an we sat and ate before the show. It was actually quite a romantic spot. Many people brought picnics and blankets and even wine! No camera allowed though so no pics to post, sorry. Except for my lack of warm clothing and my poor bony butt, it was a great experience. The kids loved the play (who likes Shakespeare at 11 years old?) and we all had a nice evening together.
Next year I'll be sure to go again, maybe with a REAL date.
