Tonight was WND at Mel's house and it was Mel's turn to cook. Her theme was Thai. We had oriental party mix, panang chicken curry, peanut chicken satay and super spicy garlic shrimp. For dessert, she made the Williams Sonoma Sprinkles Red Velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing. As you can see by my pics, they were deeeleeecious! (And its not that I didn't like the rest of her meal, I just forgot I had my camera until we got to dessert.) Mel did her impression of Beyonce's "Single Women" video and then she and I did a spur of the moment "Salt'n'Pepa" duet. (Remember those days?)
